Are you a business person or an entrepreneur? Are you looking for a way to work with this more complex world out there? Are you interested in stepping into your own growth and at the same time growing others into their fullest potential?

We want to support you on your quest. This 2,5-day training will guide you through 7 areas that will help you to learn the skills needed for the digital time, show you how you can empower others and yourself, create your personal life strategy and routines that are aligned with what you aspire in life.

7 AREAS

  1. Overview Mindfulness & Compassion@work: how does mindfulness fit into your company context, how can it create a new business culture of co-creation and how does the new leadership look like
  2. Find Your Passion & Purpose: happiness has to do with what you really want, go on a quest to find your strengths, values, vision, and passion and this is also the first step to learn how to empower others
  3. Practice: find your own practice, deepen your practice and learn new methods
  4. Life Strategy: create a plan how you can bring your passion & purpose into reality, have a regular practice in your day-to-day (business) life, create routines and action plans that support you
  5. Authentic Communication: In this agile world communication is so crucial – find your own voice and learn how to communicate effectively
  6. Compassion: From I to WE. Working with compassion is a way of looking for the benefit of all – through this you naturally become a leader with influence no matter in which position you are – because people will follow you
  7. Co-Creation: work in a way, that inspires the passion and highest potential of each individual and creates solutions that were co-created by the whole team


In this workshop, we bring you one step further into living the life that you dream of and being the person who you aspire to be at your workplace. At the same time, you will learn useful ways to support others to step into their power and potential. Creating a working world that is truly agile because you have the skills to embody it.

We will use mindfulness techniques, go into a quest, work in groups and support you to go home being one step closer to having your strategy and next steps how you can create your own routines and habits.
